One of the proposed solutions is to adopt a strict daily schedule, yes, a strict one, in which the manga starts working, let's say, at six in the morning, when the atmosphere is calm and the mind is clear, and ends around eleven in the morning, at which point the family members start waking up one after the other, and everyone has breakfast together.
On the other hand, a manga and webtoon artist should not burden himself with multiple tasks, but rather accept that there will be days when he will be less productive than usual, and that there are paintings or pages that may need to be redrawn. This is the nature of the life of artists, and he must prepare himself in order to be able to contain these difficulties and adapt to them.
Now let me tell you about one of the most important problems of our time in general, and for artists in particular, which is the lack of movement. It is no secret that artists spend long hours sitting in front of the computer to draw all the long and exhausting chapters of manga, and this leads to many health problems in the future, God forbid.

Just ten to twenty minutes a day is enough to activate the body and blood circulation, and prevent muscle atrophy.
