Step two
Now we begin coloring the entire page sky blue, with a slight gradient, darker at the top than at the bottom, and we draw the clouds in white on a separate layer from the blue background layer. (Layer) Using a tool Brush Tool.
We make sure that the area below the clouds is slightly "camouflaged" using a tool Blend Tool.

Step three
We begin by shading the clouds from back to front using the tool Airbrush From the list of tools in Clip Studio PaintWith the choice of a slightly darker shade of blue than the basic sky color.

It is preferable to reduce the shading at the top using a tool Blend or Soft EraserAnd intensify it at the bottom to achieve a gradient similar to the shading style used in Japanese anime.
Step four
We then move to the next cloud layer, either before or after it, and shade from below gradually and randomly at the same time, using Air Brush or Soft Brush From the tools menu in Clip Studio Paint, as I mentioned earlier, the shading is darker at the bottom and lighter at the top.
A closer look
And now the shading is completely finished. After we've finished all the layers, we've got some beautiful, random shapes. As you can see, there are also small clouds, which adds to the beauty of our drawing.
The clouds in the background are darker than those in the foreground; the closer the camera is to the sky, the lighter the clouds in the foreground become. As for distant clouds, the further they are, the more blurred and shadowed they become using the camera's camera.
