The diagram here consists simply of geometric shapes, which will help us draw effectively.
Firstly
We will begin by drawing the initial outline of the body, which is one of the basic things in drawing, as we all know.
- We will draw a circle for the head, and from its center a line will extend, dividing the face.
- Then we draw the body using lines, one for the shoulders, another for the arms, and then the feet.
- Next, we draw the joints, which are circles at the elbows and knees.
Whenever we want the character to be tall, we will extend the lines to the desired length.

Here, if we want to draw a character with large, muscular shoulders, we will enlarge the circle drawn at the shoulders.
At this stage, we must not forget to fill in the man’s body completely, by using the sketch’s guidelines, which in turn will help us draw the body’s features.
You can also draw two smaller circles for the elbows when drawing the hands.

Now we come to drawing the details. Here you can form the body. Do you want the character to be fat? Or do you want him to be thin? This is the appropriate stage to do this step, as we can control the weight of the man we are drawing.
